Special Message to the Congress
on the Internal Security
of the United States

A FREE AMERICA IN 10 STEPS

 
 
Step #1          Repeal the 16th amendment and eliminate the IRS and any type of income tax. It is immoral. It is impossible to have Freedom and an income tax. Income tax is slavery. Replace it with a FAIRTAX administered and collected by each state with the state’s sales tax. The states will write one check per month to the Federal treasury. Simple!!
 

Step #2         Repeal the health care laws completely. They are enslaving Americans to depend on an undependable government.


Step #3          Repeal all laws signed by President Obama. Americans had too many usurped controls on them before Obama was ever heard of.


Step #4          Nullify all executive orders back to and including George Washington’s. Nullify and stop all regulations that are not authorized in the Constitution. Only Congress can make laws.


Step #5          Initiate a 5 year hiring freeze throughout government. Only exception is to defend America. Attrition will reduce non constitutional jobs within 5 years.


Step #6         Phase out 8 departments over 5 years. Instruct department heads to write out plans to accomplish this. Replacement people can be borrowed from other departments that are closing down. Authorize no new departments or agencies.


Step #7          Close at least 100 foreign military bases with a goal of closing all within 5 years.


Step #8          Make laws that require congressmen to not only write the bills but read the bills and also allow only one subject or item in a bill. Require that each law states in the first sentence where in the Constitution congress is clearly authorized to make the law.


Step #9          Repeal all laws that were not clearly authorized in the Constitution. Follow, word for word, the Constitution.

                        Repeal the 17th Amendment

                        Repeal the 26th Amendment


Step #10       FOCUS ON FREEDOM, ABSOLUTE FREEDOM for every individual American, equally. Make no law that restricts the Freedom of any untried American.
