Originally the American Federal Government was formed for the overriding reason of protecting and preserving the Freedom of every American citizen, equally. This is a simple assignment to understand. Special notice should be given to the fact that it was not formed to create Freedom, or give Freedom to the American People. Since government was created by the people, government could not give the people anything, for it was nothing and had nothing. The people already had ABSOLUTE FREEDOM, which they had earned by winning the Revolutionary War against England and King George. Because they had lived for over 150 years fairly independently, neither the American People nor the States actually needed government, but they felt that each individual state could not stand alone and defend itself against potential enemies. So the original idea was protection from foreign aggression. The States and the People were already sovereign and did not need or desire rulers over them. They had been there and done that, and it had failed to maintain Freedom in America. Freedom was the focus.

A close, conscious reading of Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution lists the only powers that were given to the people in government. An honest reading would also show that almost all of the powers could have been eliminated, keeping only those that would be needed to protect the American People and the States from foreign aggression. All other issues would be worked out at the State, local or personal levels, without the uneven, unconscionable, vicious force of the people in the Federal Government. To give government people unlimited power over the citizens can only lead to disaster for those citizens. The Founders, as a group, knew that there were those who wanted (but did not get) power over the citizens. The Constitution only speaks to controls over the government people and does not speak of any controls over the citizens, leaving all Americans absolutely free of even the slightest degree of Federal tyranny. Over the past two hundred years it is the usurpations and corruptions of the Constitution by the many government people, with the wicked encouragement by different groups of unenlightened citizens, who have taken part in these evil acts.

Enslaving principles have been consistently followed by government people for at least 120 years. During these 120 years Americans have been enslaved by Federal government people with the Federal Reserve’s control on the money supply, the income tax, the IRS, surveillance, wars, labor laws, social security, unjust Supreme Courts, unjust Congresses, unjust Presidents, wrongheaded bureaucrats, insurance laws, drug laws, gun controls, EPA laws, education conditioning, government people’s constantly lying, cheating, stealing, controls on business, and banking, healthcare laws, medicare, medicaid, so called civil rights laws, countless laws and regulations, frivolous justice, uneven restrictions on people and businesses, special privileges for government people, 545 government people who continue enslaving citizens as well as unconscionable, enormous debt created by the evil and inept people who were hired to protect every American’s Freedom. Underlying all of this is the weak, unfocused populace who not only allow these incremental usurpations but usually certain segments actually encourage them. Freedom has been lost with a government. Can it be regained? It can, but not by government people. It returns only with a FOCUS ON FREEDOM, ABSOLUTE FREEDOM by and for all Americans.
