Lawmakers Are Lawbreakers

Lawmakers, the nickname for Senators, Representatives, Presidents, and Supreme Court Justices should be changed to Lawbreakers in as much as that is what they do for most of their political lives. The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. Each person in Federal office takes an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. However, very few, if any, take the oath seriously, and therefore are breaking the Supreme Law of the Land. Therefore they should be nicknamed Lawbreakers and removed from office. All of them, even those who would like to uphold the Constitution, participate in the corruption of that sacred document. The reason for the American Revolution was the fact that King George and Parliament had strayed so far from Liberty that the colonists could not or would not accept any more tyranny from their oppressors. At that time it could be estimated that 40% to 50% of the colonists did not seem to understand that they were being placed in servitude of England. They were called Loyalists. The other 40% to 50% of the colonists did not like the servitude and rebelled. They were called Patriots. In life and human nature, not much changes. Today’s Americans are probably close to the same percentages in their thinking as the colonists were. There should be a huge difference between then and now. Now, we have over two hundred years of experience by watching America’s achievements, due to Freedom, and by watching the other countries try different methods of government in all degrees of tyranny, but none have been able to keep up with America, even though the people in those countries are no better nor worse than Americans. We are all the same, except for Freedom. Freedom is the difference.

We are also finding that Americans are just as susceptible to the evils of government as the rest of the world. Not only susceptible to the evils but encouraging the evils by putting more and more demands on government that must be satisfied by the vicious force of illegal power. Yet, many, if not most, desire to take from others to satisfy their greed or control over others. Federal office holders also succumb to the same greed or will to power over Americans. So much so that they, as a group have broken the laws of the country, and thereby have become lawbreakers. Their bullying has brought fear to the citizens if there is any attempt to disagree or to stop this lawlessness. Americans must regain the courage, that the colonists had, to push the government people back into the chains of the Constitution. There are those who are loyal to the evils of government which keep Americans in a constant "civil war" with their neighbors, and there are those who want peace and release from the bindings of oppression put on them by their neighbors. The divisive issues are the weapons of politicians. Keeping the divisive issues on a voluntary basis, instead of running to government to force compliance will save America. The FOCUS ON FREEDOM is the surest weapon to defeat this lawlessness.

It is only the constant vigilance, by the people, against oppression of any type on anyone that can turn America away from the destruction of Freedom. And it is the FOCUS ON FREEDOM that is the only non-violent weapon that can defeat the Lawbreakers and the evil they create. This is a War on Washington that must be won by non-violent force, but real force. A few million Tea Party People can be that force. Every Federal law that is not clearly spelled out and authorized by the Constitution is illegal and must be repealed. The Lawbreakers will not do it so it must be the people who Win the War on Washington.
