ONE'S RIGHTS OVER ANOTHER'S

In America, as in Freedom, one individual does not have rights at the expense of another individual's rights.  The chant, "This is what democracy looks like," in Wisconsin is a demonstration of the limitations of democracy as a form of Freedom, that is one group having an advantage over another.  This display is the reason that the founders did not like a democracy and the reason they did not set up our government as a democracy.  This demonstrates the desire for the power of the majority (or of a few manipulating the majority) over the minority which is the antithesis of what America is.

Is there a difference between a group of union members wanting to use their power to continue to get an advantage over the rest of the working people, and a group of social security recipients wanting to use their power to continue to live off of the earnings of the same rest of the people?  Both of these cases are morally wrong and entirely against the meaning of fair play, yet these actions are condoned and encouraged by the government.  They are done by force, not voluntarily.  This is getting to the heart of the matter of what Freedom means.  Freedom does not mean that you can forcefully take from your neighbor whether you are acting as an individual or acting in a group.  If, in fact, you try it as an individual, the same government that supports the group extortion would come after you and jail you for the individual extortion.

Class warfare and group warfare are the weapons of politicians to keep themselves in power.  Never, never, never trust a politician.  He or she will use you for their own selfish goals, just as the union leader and member and the social security recipient.  Any government that supports the power of one group at the expense of another is undeserving of governing and "it is the right of the people to abolish it and institute new government."   In the case of America, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution are the foundations of a Free Country that have been corrupted by Presidents, Senators, Representatives, Supreme Court Justices and bureaucrats usurping powers that were not given to them.  Until these usurpers are re-bound by the restrictions on power set forth in these documents we are doomed to fail as has every government in past history.

Democracy, as a means of maintaining a stable government is a failure and will cause the downfall of any country that gets mislead by it's false promise for fairness.  Democracy is not fair.  The founders knew this two hundred and forty years ago, a lesson that we arrogant, smarter and more sophisticated Americans don't seem to get.  Strict adherence to the Constitution with it's restrictions on power is about the closest America can get to real Freedom for all.  As we can see from the past one hundred years the American people have corrupted the meaning of Freedom by asking government to take from one individual or group to give to another individual or group.  If WE, THE PEOPLE demanded Freedom for all, we would have Freedom for all.  It is as simple as that.

Since WE, THE PEOPLE have failed to keep our virtue and have lost Freedom, as the founders warned, WE, THE PEOPLE must use extraordinary measures to regain Freedom. Incremental measures to restore Freedom will not work due to the nature of the beast (power).  The beast must be killed by overpowering it.  The non-violent overpowering can be accomplished by overwhelming numbers of Freedom lovers marching into Washington and shutting down government, to start with, and remaining there until Congress is forced to repeal every law that is anti-Freedom.  As long as these laws are on the books, we are not free.  The Tea Parties can do this.  Do it NOW.
