FIRST - STOP THE TYRANNY

 

When there has been an accident that has caused a victim to bleed profusely, the advise is FIRST, STOP THE BLEEDING!

　

The catastrophe that is eminent in America is our Freedom is bleeding profusely. It must be stopped, immediately. Millions of Americans are watching this event but don't seem to grasp what they are looking at.  Even the millions of Freedom lovers, the Tea Party Movement, the think tanks, many of the writers, the liberty oriented organizations are not grasping the urgency of this tsunami that has already inundated our land.  The crisis is here now.  It isn't something that is seen down the road. In the past ten years Americans have lost so much Freedom that it is not difficult to fathom.  And it will continue, even though there is opposition in Washington since the November 2010 elections, the newcomers are too soft and too nervous and are not man enough to take the proper action advised in the Declaration of Independence "...that whenever any Form of Government is destructive to these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government..."   In America's case the Form of Government is superb.  It is the people in government who must be re-instituted, in their entirety if necessary.  And it appears necessary.  If any of them repent convincingly they can be re-elected, but they must be ready to make NO laws, and begin repealing laws.  This Country has not needed any new laws for over eighty years, other than housekeeping laws, but certainly not any that restrict the Freedom of Americans.

　

AN OUTLINE OF ACTIONS TO RETURN FREEDOM–A non-violent revolution

　

  • When the British came into Boston in 1775 thousands of men began walking toward Boston from the other colonies to help their fellow colonists.  Even without E-mail, Twitter, Facebook. Just word of mouth. Americans need to do the same with this eighty year old invasion of our Freedom.

　

  • There are over 300,000 voting precincts in the US.  If each precinct could get 10 people to march on Washington and into Congress it would probably be enough (3,000,000) to shut down this government and get them back on the track of preserving our Freedom, their first assignment.

　

  • Each precinct can flood their respective Senators' and Representative's offices and hand them their marching orders. But the marching orders must be simple and singular.  The orders must be the FOCUS ON FREEDOM.

　

  • At the same time, those people who cannot go to Washington can get groups from their precincts to flood the Federal government offices, locally and shut them down. Income Taxes, being the Federal Government's biggest weapon would be the best and most newsworthy buildings to shut down first.  Then have alternates to keep them shut down until Washington gives unconditional surrender to Freedom and stops all activities that are not spelled out in the Constitution.  Come prepared for a long siege just in case.

　

  • Storm the Senate and Congress to stop all lawmaking.  STOP THE TYRANNY, STOP THE BLEEDING.  Come with pamphlets and flyers to give the singular message to politicians and bureaucrats that it might be wise for them to look for a new job if they are not prepared to change their ways to conform to the Constitution.

　

  • Come prepared for a long siege.
    • Force the friendly congressmen to stop all regulation writing by bureaucrats.
    • Force the friendly congressmen to stop all Executive orders.
    • America can get along just fine without any new restrictions.

　

  • Prepare to shut down the government for all non-essential programs to get their attention.  Give all employees a pink slip that states that these programs probably will be phased out over 5 years or less.  This can be accomplished mostly by attrition and a hiring freeze.

　

  •  Arrange alternates to man the Senate and House to stop any backsliding or waffling.
    • Stop letting Congress set the agenda. They have always sabotaged our Freedom and always will.
    • Force Congress to repeal all laws that have been passed since August 1, 2008.
    • Force Congress to repeal all regulations written since August 1, 2008.
    • Force Congress to repeal all Executive orders since August 1, 2008.
    • Force Congress to repeal all funding of programs since August 1, 2008.
    • Force Congress to repeal all laws passed since July 1, 1950, for a start.
    • Study impeachment of each member of Congress who will not strictly follow the Constitution.

 

  • Study impeachment of each Supreme Court Justice who won’t be strict constitutionalist.

 

This should change the whole character of the government from one of making laws to one of repealing laws.

　

This will be a tremendous assistance to the Congressmen who would like to regain Freedom but are afraid that the corruption of the Government system will not allow it.  The best and most successful way to accomplish this saving of America is to do it fast and persistently until the WAR ON WASHINGTON is won, unconditionally.  The best plan is to get the pain and disruption over with as soon and as non-messy as possible.  Any deviation from the FOCUS ON FREEDOM will fall short of the mark.

　

After the reversal of tyranny takes hold at the Federal level the same action can be taken at the State level where there is as much as or more tyranny.
