NOT ONE FREEDOM FIGHTER IN CONGRESS

If there is a true Freedom Fighter in Congress he or she has not shown himself or herself. It seems that every Congressman or woman has a weak spot where the voice of true Freedom gets drowned out by either the issue of the moment or their drive to retain power in their position or there is an out and out trade off in order to get a desired issue passed. Recently, Lindsey Graham was quoted from a speech he gave to the National Council of La Raza that said "tell the bigots to shut up." That name calling of the people who are in the same party as he sounds just as small, petty, dishonest and dirty as the Democrats talk about Republicans being "sore losers"or "obstructionists" regarding the health care bill. Both of them know they are lying. They are politicians first and Freedom preservers not at all. Neither one of them acknowledge that there is real sound thinking behind the opposition’s anger, their Freedom is being taken. There doesn’t need to be any other reasoning or conversation or negotiation when the loss of Freedom comes into play as it does in EVERY law. Even the ridiculous costs are secondary to the loss of Freedom. All of these people are for sale at some price that not only has no thought of preserving our Freedom but is against our Freedom. They are the enemies of Freedom. None can be trusted in the position of power to which they are continually elected.

Regarding listening and doing that which their constituents desire is also contrary to their calling. Their job is to preserve our Freedom. They cannot do that by making laws against some of the people’s Freedom on one issue and against some other’s Freedom on another issue. And then turn around the next day or even the next meeting and take someone else’s Freedom. They cannot seem to FOCUS ON FREEDOM for even one day. The only way to deal with people who cannot be trusted completely is to put them out of office, because they probably cannot be saved. One never knows when they will vote against one’s Freedom. The risk is too great to continue taking a chance with them. They could act honorably and preserve everyone’s Freedom by consistently keeping the FOCUS ON FREEDOM, that is EVERYONE’S Freedom, but they won’t. Although they may get a lot of static from the constituents who want something out of government, their answers to those shortsighted people is simple, "I’ve been elected to preserve everyone’s Freedom, even those who do not live in my district or even in my state. You see, when I vote, I vote for or against them also. I must act in an equal and trustworthy manner on all issues and with all people. My oath says I will uphold the Constitution and the Constitution was written to preserve the Freedom of every individual, not sometimes when it is convenient, but always."

Finding government people who will keep that oath is a real challenge, especially since they have been allowed to usurp more and more unauthorized and unconstitutional power over the years without stomping on them. They have reached the point where they think there are no controls on them, and they seem to be correct in that thinking. To reverse this repulsive power grab may take millions of people storming Washington to hinder and obstruct all of their activities so that they can DO NO MORE HARM, while forcing them into a repealing mode so they know they either have to quit or do as they are forced to do, and that is FOCUS ON FREEDOM. The Tea Parties, although they receive a lot of name calling, are the best massive movement toward Freedom that has happened since the peaceful civil rights movements in the 1960's. For Freedom to be achieved by this method, it should be growing and growing daily without any concern about negative propaganda. However, this movement must not go past achieving complete Freedom for every individual, rather that the tyrannical Civil Rights laws that were put on most Americans for the benefit of a minority. Those laws were an immediate burden on 90% of innocent Americans as well as the overall economy of everyone, including those the laws were attempting to assist. The minorities are suffering mightily due to the government’s mishandling of Freedom. It was a typical vicious, heavy handed, inept, power usurping government tyranny on the public by the force of a gun, which is governments only means of action. A powerful, peaceful, leaderless, non-partisan movement by individuals, such as the Tea Party Movement, consolidating the issues with the FOCUS ON FREEDOM is what it will take to reverse the tyranny. The absence of Freedom Fighters in Congress requires this effort by the individuals for which this Country was founded.
