Freedom Is Impossible When...
...the people in the Federal Government abuse the powers given them in the Constitution of the United States of America. There can be no question by any thinking American that the oath taken by each of the 545 people in power is not taken seriously by at least 95% of them. The rationalizations and excuses for not honoring their oaths are legend and wrong. Whether they have excuses or not does not change the fact that their actions that contradict the protections of each individual’s Freedom are illegal. All those who participate in these abominations should be impeached and impeached and impeached until the new 545 realize that their positions can only be maintained with truth and honor to their oaths. Those who FOCUS ON FREEDOM realize that only truth and honesty in the Federal Government People can preserve Freedom for all Americans. Any deviations put Freedom in jeopardy.
...there are many ideas of what Freedom means to each individual, probably as many as there are individuals. There are so many abstract versions that corrupt the meaning of Freedom that the average person is constantly kept in a state of confusion. Most Americans believe that they are Free, but, the dictionary says that Free means unrestrained and Freedom means the state of being Free. Unrestrained is pretty clear. So, with that definition in mind Freedom is impossible when...:
...there is an IRS. The mission of the IRS is to extract as much of each individual’s earnings that the Congress authorizes, and then some. IRS are the enforcers of Congress’s greed. IRS is as corrupt as it can get away with in how it does the extraction.
...there is an NSA. These reasons have been all over the news since June 2013.
...there is a military stronger than the government people. It is unconstitutional, and forcing perpetual war.
...there is war. War extracts a terrible price from Americans. This is obviously the easiest time for government people to manipulate the American People into serfdom.
...government people lie, cheat and steal from the American People. Lies are obvious, cheating is promising one thing and delivering another, or not at all, taxes are stealing.
...there is Social Security. The money recipients receive is not money that they put in. That is an FDR lie from the beginning. It is money taken by force from those who are currently working and given to those who are no longer working.
...there is corruption in government people. This corruption is so obvious and pervasive it needs no explanation. Earmarks, personal gain by politicians, political trade offs, political perks, conflicts of interest are examples
.
...there is compromise of Freedom. The aggressors never go backwards. When they ask for a full loaf of Freedom on an issue and they only get a half loaf, they have won their attack. When the non-aggressor compromises for a half a loaf he or she has still lost half a loaf and Freedom. Incremental taking of Freedom is the aggressor’s way of wearing down the opposition.
...there is national debt. One cannot be Free when owing others, especially when owing more than it is possible to repay without draconian taxes. Note the financial debacle.
...there are government schools required. These are conditioning factories for small children and young adults to be manipulated into becoming compliant citizens. Uninformed citizens are easier to control.
...government People treat themselves better than they treat the average American, such as their special social security and healthcare etc. The rule of law says that all are treated equally.
...government People favor certain groups of people or organizations. Welfare for individuals, corporations, unions, politicians, uneven tax privileges etc. are examples.
...a president is divisive. Race, wealth, business in general, groups like Tea Parties, political parties, character assassination are all examples of constant divisiveness.
...congress can force citizens to fight wars that are unjust. Defensive wars are the only just wars. America has not been attacked by a country since WW II, and FDR provoked that one.
...congress can take whatever it wants from individuals. Death taxes are taxes on wealth that has already been taxed, dividend taxes have already been taxed, authorizing police to keep assets acquired in drug raids, allowing IRS to seize properties without just reasons are examples.
...government people can take over or direct private businesses like it has done with auto and financials.
...the American People fear their government people such as IRS, FBI, EPA, OSHA, CIA, Local Police, etc.
...government People force Americans into government health care. This is tantamount to complete slavery. Government people controls how much of one’s earnings one can keep, controls what one eats, controls what one drives, controls guns, etc. and now controls one’s body.
...government people milk more and more money from Americans in order to spend on unconstitutional things that they hope will buy them enough votes to keep them in office to build their fortunes, at taxpayers’ expense.
...Presidents take actions that he does not have the legitimate power to do, such as executive orders.
...Congress does not curb a President’s or the Supreme Court’s illegal actions.
...the Supreme Court does not curb the illegal actions of both the President and Congress.
...The President does not curb the illegal actions of both the Congress and the Supreme Court.
...the American People do not curb the illegal actions of all three branches is government.
...any innocent individual American’s Freedom is encroached upon without appropriate action being taken by government people or other individual Americans.
These are just a very few of the evils of government people. Thomas Paine was half right when he said that "government is a necessary evil." The evil part is correct, as experience shows, but the necessary part is in question. However, no matter what one calls it, it definitely is not Freedom. America was founded on the Freedom for all. The Declaration stated that when government becomes destructive to Freedom it is up to the people to change the people in government. There are those who are in agreement with the evils of government. In a Free country one can think and say anything he or she desires. It is only when he or she forces (by use of government people) the evils on other Americans who do not agree with the evils.
Freedom is a simple concept that takes constant vigilance to maintain. Freedom for all is actually morally sound but is also a selfish act in the long run. One will be on the receiving end of help and kindness at some time. For peace and Freedom FOCUS ON FREEDOM, ABSOLUTE FREEDOM for all.
